How to reprogram your mind to 0.
Many a times, in life our heart gets shattered, and we wish things could have happened differently. As we realize, there is no point in brooding over anything. And the worst part is, these feelings tend to stay with us and sap all of our being.
It took me five years to figure out that life/brain can be reprogrammed to 0, and all the painful images can be erased. Never had a chance to apply it to anything serious until yesterday, when the testing times lurked on me to figure out if I can follow what I had professed earlier. Can I still remain the soft person I am ? or am I going to become the victim of my anger and hurt.
After all the whole point of life, is to follow what you believe in.
Especially when someone so close to you leaves you, the pain is excruciating. It cries out in pain. It feels the hurt. These can not only make us a sick person, but can also change us for worse.
Why/How should not we let these feelings get the better of us ?

Reading all these ofcourse will tend to influence us in the present moment, but in times of trials and tribulations, inorder to rememeber these, our mind needs practice. The key to this is "Meditation ".
